Right of withdrawal

1.) General

As a consumer, you have the right to revoke the purchase contract within 14 days. You do not have to give any reasons.

This 14 day period is valid from the day of receipt of the shipped products, regardless of whether you or a third party authorized by you, have accepted the goods.

2.) Exercise of the right of withdrawal

You can send your revocation, for example, by letter or e-mail to us.

3.) Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke the purchase contract concluded with us, the mutually received services are to be returned. After the revocation has been received by us, we must refund your payments, including the delivery costs of the cheapest shipping method, within 14 days. We will use the same means of payment for the repayment that you used for the original payment, unless another means of payment was expressly agreed with you. We will refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods.

4.) Postage costs when exercising the right of revocation

You shall bear the regular costs of the return shipment if you exercise your right of revocation.

5.) Loss of value of the goods

If there is a loss of value of the goods, which is due to a handling of the goods, which was not necessary for testing the properties, functionality or condition of the goods, you must pay for this loss of value.
