Shipping terms:

Your goods will be shipped by us as an insured package. Any packages will be shipped exclusively in neutral packaging.

Express shipping: 12,95€

Express shipping with Saturday delivery: 28,95€

Countries: Austria, Portugal, Spain, Belgium, Greece, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia

Flat rate shipping: 12,95€ (With 19% VAT. Price varies depending on country of destination & VAT rate).

Terms of payment:

At the moment we can only offer you the option of payment in advance. Please indicate your order number in the reason for payment.

Currently we do not offer purchase on account or cash on delivery.

Up to a value of goods of 100€ we accept a proof of payment in form of a PDF. Handwritten receipts, receipts in plain text form or screenshots will only be accepted in exceptional cases at our discretion.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept bank transfer receipts from the Postbank or from abroad.

Since a payment is usually received on the next business day, a payment receipt is not absolutely necessary. As a safe alternative to the payment receipt, you can use the "real-time transfer" service of your bank, if it is offered.

If the receipt is forged and the expected payment is not received, we will file a criminal complaint and block your customer access.

To date we are an online-only company! Therefore we do not offer on-site collection at the moment.
